Although it can be pricey, there are several nice hotels along the beach in Venice. Hotel Erwin is one of the most popular. Everything in Venice Beach is mostly within walking distance. If you want to save money, consider staying in Culver City or near the Los Angeles Airport.

The Boardwalk
The Venice Boardwalk has many sites, shops, and people to see. Stop to watch a street show, or look at the various forms of art as you stroll along the boardwalk. Don’t forget to stop at the skate park to watch skateboarders do their tricks!

Graffiti Walls
These graffiti walls are located on the beach and allow graffiti artists a place to practice their art. They constantly change, so make sure to check back several times to see the new art.

Murals
Venice has a plethora of murals scattered throughout the city. The boardwalk has a ton of them. Make sure to take a stroll down some of the alleyways to catch some of them.
Muscle Beach Gym
Muscle Beach Gym is considered the birthplace of the fitness craze in the early 1900s. Present-day, visitors can buy a day pass to use this gym on the beach.

Venice Canals
One of the major sites of Venice Beach is the canals (much like Venice in Italy). These man-made canals were developed by Abbot Kinney in the early 1900s in an effort to recreate Venice, Italy in America. Today, it is a great place to take a stroll, look at houses, and take pictures.

Venice Sign
The iconic Venice sign is located in Windward Plaza. It is a fun place for a photoshoot. Make sure to watch out for cars.

Firestone Walker Brewing Company -The Propagator: This branch of the Firestone Brewery includes a restaurant as well as a brewery. You can opt to eat at the restaurant, sit at the bar, or go on a brewery tour.

Hotel Erwin Rooftop Bar: This is one of the best places to catch the sunset in Venice. You can grab a drink and some appetizers and relax on the comfortable outdoor couches to watch the sun-set.
Venice Ale House: This gastropub is located right on the boardwalk with beach views, which makes it a convenient place to eat.
